Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this recent image drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying various sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
